Previously under the "Galilee Peonies" brand, a former Peony grower partnership, "Hill-Top Peonies" is a Family owned Peonies farm.

We have been growing Peonies for over 20 years on the high mountains of the Western Gelilee.

With an outstanding climate, and with special and superior care, our Peonies are well known at the Amsterdam Stock exchange, and have won awards for their quality.

Our unique growing methods allow us to grow the Peonies beyond their regular season, therefore enabling Peony fans around to world to enjoy this beautiful flower even after its season has ended.

Over the years we have extended the types of Peonies we are growing, and we now offer over 6 different types of this magnificent flower.

Our passion for excellence has driven us from the beginning, and will continues to drive us into the future.

Who We Are

The Hill-Top Story

According to Greek mythology, the beauty of the Peony made even Aphrodite jealous.

This is a simple love story between an extraordinary farmer and an unusual flower.

Our story begins in 1999, when Yehuda Peretz decided to grow Peonies.

Yehuda has researched the flower, and has cultivated a hill in the Western Galilee mountains for the mission.

With his own hands, he has built dedicated greenhouses, aiming to provide these magnificent flowers with the optimal conditions for growing.

Yehuda has formed the "Galilee Peonies" brand, who rapidly built its reputation as a high quality and reliable flower farm.

Throughout the years, "Galilee Peonies" have been breeding new species, while developing innovative and groundbreaking methods in agriculture, and have been awarded as one of the top growers in the Amsterdam stock market.

As of summer 2020, Yehuda has re-branded his farm, and we are now marketing our top quality Peonies under the "Hill-Top Peonies" brand.

Hill Top Peonies is committed to continue its investment in the growing process, and to continue with our constant crave for improvement and excellence.

We will keep doing our best so that our customers can keep enjoying the splendor of our flowers, even when out of their regular season.
